Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing hello@aiskillhub.info. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; you are not charged again after cancelling.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first payment, email us for a full refund. After 7 days, payments for the current period are non-refundable, but you keep access until the period ends.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we retry for a few days before downgrading your account to the free tier. Your saved snippets are never deleted due to a downgrade.
